Brand identity
Two hotels with the same pool at the same price don't sell the same way. The difference is how the name feels before anyone looks at the rooms.
A brand isn't a logo
The logo is the smallest part and the least work. What decides whether a brand holds together is the system: which typeface, how much air, which photography, how a confirmation email is written. We deliver that whole system, because a handsome logo sitting on an inconsistent website changes nothing.
Photography, where nearly everyone falls down
In hospitality and property the photograph sells harder than the copy, and most businesses are mixing three styles from three shoots and two phones. We define a photographic direction (light, framing, what gets shown and what doesn't) and hand over the guidance so the next shoot matches the last one.
Tone of voice in three languages
A brand that sounds warm in Spanish and bureaucratic in German isn't the same brand. We define how the business speaks in each language with real examples: the reply to a bad review, the pre-arrival email, a property description. It's the part of an identity your team uses every single day.
Guidelines people actually open
Not an eighty-page PDF nobody reads. A short, applicable document with the files organised and clear examples of what works and what doesn't, so your front desk, your photographer and whoever runs your social accounts all make the same call without ringing us.
Common questions
What does a brand identity cost?
It depends on scope. A Brand Starter with logo, palette, type and a one-page guide is €590 (€390 alongside a site). Add photography direction, signage or packaging and we quote per project.
Can I do the brand without the website?
Yes, and sometimes that's the right order: brand first, website second, so nothing gets designed twice. If you already have a site, we adapt the new identity onto it rather than rebuilding it.
Do you handle renaming a business?
Yes, including naming and checking domain and trademark availability. Changing a name has consequences in Google, so we plan it alongside the SEO to protect what you already rank for.
How long does it take?
Four to six weeks for a full identity, with two rounds of revision and a presentation where we explain the decisions, rather than showing three options and asking you to pick.

- Web design and developmentA website isn't a brochure. It's the salesperson that works while you sleep, and most of the ones we audit are built as though nobody would ever open them on a phone.
- Hotels and guesthousesEvery booking that arrives through Booking.com costs you 15-20%. The work is getting some of those people to find you and book direct instead.
- Restaurants and hospitality groupsIn hospitality almost everything is decided on the Google map, two hundred metres from the door and fifteen minutes before lunch.
- Content and keyword strategyPublishing more is not a strategy. Most sites already have too many pages and too few that answer a question somebody is actually asking.
